The text on the shirt reads: "A Lady's Prerogative Aerth Mother Lyra", with the web address of Shhhh! Digital Media beneath.

    Background

The Aerth Mother is the symbolic Goddess of the Sanctum in Shhhh! Digital Media's A Lady's Prerogative: Yearning And Learning series of books. She is also the divine Goddess of the Aerth of the Wytch's group, Order Of The Aerth Mother.

Ancient legends told the story of Lyra and Lorr, two lovers who wielded all the power of magic the world over.  Where the Magister Lorr wanted them to keep all of the magic and the power of the weave for themselves, Lyra wanted to teach others the great secrets of magic, testing them beforehand to ensure their worthiness of such powerful knowledge.

So the two lovers became enemies, Lorr becoming a powerful Magister known as a Power Lord, while Lyra founded the Sanctum, an group made up of different orders of Wytches and Sorcerors who use their powers and abilities to protect the world from other worldly threats.

Over time, this story became legend and Lyra's history became iconified in the mystique of the Aerth Mother. Given Lyra's great love for the world and nature, one of the first orders of the magical weave was founded in her name.

The first Matron of the Order Of The Aerth Mother had mystic visions of a woman whose hair was  the source of the glowing disk of the Milky Way galaxy in the night sky, and who held the world in her arms protectively, against her busom. She envisioned this woman as being the life source for the Aerth, and the source of weave in women, which is related to their ability to conceive and give birth.
